Daily Infographic rammed home that point with their recent “Internet Speeds and Costs Around the World” post. Japan appears to be the place to be, for both cost and speed. Speedtest.net says that the average in Cambodia is 1.84Mbps, which sounds higher than I was expecting. A 1Mbps connection here costs around $120. Yes, for a person who makes his living off internet related things it would be a good question to ask why I am living here.
